A small group of Members have received two invoices from the TBCA Accounting team.
This is because in the first set of invoices, volunteer hours were credited at the 2025 rate ($35) rather than the 2024 rate ($33). The second invoice corrects this error.
The increased volunteer rate of $35 will apply for hours worked in 2025 and onwards.
If your family has only received one invoice, then there was no error made and, according to our records, the invoice you received is correct .
