Our
Story

The Tunstall Bay Community Association (TBCA) is a member-driven community association that provides a unique space for community engagement and recreation on beautiful Bowen Island, British Columbia.  Established in 1970, the TBCA began as a community centre for residents of the Tunstall Bay neighbourhood on the southwest corner of Bowen Island.  Today, the TBCA's members and associates represent the greater Bowen Island community and also hosts programs that extend social and recreational opportunities to many others.

Powered by its members and volunteer Board of Directors, the TBCA continues to act upon its mission of community and environmental stewardship and contributing to the health and vitality of Tunstall Bay.

Leadership & Staff

Our volunteer Board of Directors acts as both governing body and hands-on leaders enabling the services provided to TBCA members, associates and community members.  They are supported by member-volunteers and small team of contracted staff to keep our operations running smoothly
